If you are anything like me, you have used many resources over the years that numerous other genealogists have created. These might be cemetery readings, probate indexes, obituary collections, history clippings, or many other materials.
I always feel that I owe these folks a great debt of gratitude, but the problem is how to express that gratitude. One way is to pay it forward, or keep the ball rolling. Help develop new stuff--new resources, new collections and indexes.
An opportunity to do that will occur on Saturday, July 27, at the Plainfield Library. I plan to be there; I hope I will see lots of my compatriots there also. Note the details below.
