518. All the Welsh Celebrate St. David's Day, March 1

My grandfather Joseph Bowen was born near Neath in Wales and came to this county as a teenager in the 1880's. If you too have Welsh ancestry, you should do something to celebrate St. David's Day, honoring the patron saint of Wales.
You may not want to dress up like this guy below, but maybe have a bowl of leek soup or something. How come we don't have a Welsh Festival or some such here in Indy?

If you do Welsh research, you can check out the Welsh-American Genealogical Society. They just celebrated their 25th anniversary. [I am charter member #7 and still current.]
