700. IPS Enrollment Goes Backward

One of the bits of information that has turned up in the GSMC IPS-SIG project is that the Indianapolis Public Schools are about the same student size now that they were in 1920. For comparison, in the late 1960's, student enrollment peaked at about 106,000.
Lots of genealogy information may be located, unless the administration tossed it in the dumpster.
